Twelve questions, each tied to a duty.

Grouped by the obligation family they engage. Each page sets out what the public record supports, and what it does not, in the same amount of detail.

AML/CFT

Whether the platform is being used to move or disguise the origin of money, and whether the accounts doing it are what they appear to be.

Market integrity

Whether prices reflect genuine opinion, or whether someone is acting on information others do not have, or moving the price on purpose.

Consumer protection

Whether the market is fair to the people trading in it, and whether any individual's trading pattern warrants a welfare check.

Severity

How detections distribute.

Severity sets the order of the queue: how quickly a detection wants a human. It is not a measure of how confident we are that the detection means anything, and the two are easy to confuse.

Severity ranks the queue, not the certainty of a finding. A critical detection is one asking to be looked at first, not one we are most sure about.
